We supply a complete range of products and services for care homes, covering everyday essentials through to specialist equipment. Our product range includes care and hygiene consumables, medical and nursing supplies, falls prevention products, moving and handling equipment, laundry chemicals, and furniture.

Alongside our products, we also provide added-value services to support care homes in working more efficiently. These include our Lean Audit to help reduce costs and improve processes, our Core Portal for easy ordering and management, tailored staff training and more.

Our phone lines are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We will be closed on all UK National Bank Holidays and weekends.

Yes, all of the care homes we supply are supported by our customer care team, which includes dedicated Account Managers as well as a specialist Customer Service team to look after your day-to-day needs.

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 4:00 PM. We do not operate on a fixed delivery time schedule. However, you can contact our Customer Service team, and they will be able to give you a rough estimate of when your delivery is expected to arrive.

Delivery costs depend on your order value and the delivery type:

Orders under £75 = £12.50

Orders over £75 = FREE

If part of your order is out of stock, any items that are in stock will still be delivered on your selected delivery day. The out of stock items will be placed on back order, which you will be notified of.

Once our team has a confirmed date for when the out of stock items are due back in stock to us, we will contact you directly with an update on when you can expect delivery. We aim to get back ordered items delivered as soon as possible.

You have the right to return an order and request a refund within 30 days of receiving your goods. To do this, you must submit your return request by phone on 01743 440011 or email sales@berwickcare.co.uk within this 30 day period.

No, you do not need to open an account to place an order. However, if you plan to order regularly, our Core Portal can help you track your spending, manage orders, and access useful tools and downloads.
