Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods by phone/email/webchat to raise a return for any unwanted items.
Any items to be returned must be undamaged and in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if this is not the case.
If you are able to return the items, please do so and quote the Return authorisation number given to you.
Any items to be collected will be chargeable depending upon location and size of items.

Terms & Conditions
Goods returned will only be accepted where they are in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Credit will be issued once goods have been inspected to check they conform to these terms and conditions by Berwick stock control staff. The policy excludes bespoke or special order items. Where items which have clearly been opened or used a partial credit may be available but only following a full inspection and is issued at the discretion of the Directors of Berwick Care Equipment. Their decision is final. E & OE accepted.
